Our Mission
El Sol Academy is a dual immersion PK-8 school that has served the community of Santa Ana for nearly 20 years. Our research focuses on instructional and organizational practices to support learners with diverse needs for success in a dual language setting.
Our History
The partnership between El Sol and UCI began through OCEAN in 2018. Activities to date have provided data for the school to better understand current practices and needs at their site and informed plans for future design projects. Findings have also been shared through academic conferences and a submission for publication.
